Booking Policy
One Clear Reservation Policy
Reservation deposit: 50% of the total event price is required to reserve the event date. The event is not considered booked until the deposit is received.
Cancellation 14 or more days before the event: 50% of the reservation deposit is refunded. This equals 25% of the total event price.
Cancellation fewer than 14 days before the event: the full reservation deposit is retained by The DJ RA Experience because of preparation, scheduling impact, and lost booking opportunities.
